My approach is all about personalization; I take the time to understand each client’s hair type, lifestyle, and desired outcome, which allows me to create custom looks that are both stylish and easier to maintain. Policies & Reminders • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or No Call/No Shows will be charged 50% of service total. • Clients who cancel day of appointment more than 2 times will be asked to place a 50% deposit when booking future appointments. • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late on multiple occasions will have their appointments rescheduled I completely understand that emergencies happen—exceptions may apply but will be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Some exceptions do apply!!
